Celebrating Chamorro culture

Chamorro Month is just around the corner. Chamorro Month is held to honor the Chamorro culture. The Mass is held in Mangilao. It is said in the Chamorro language. Chamorro people came to the Mass. A freshman named Antonio Torres said that the Chamorro people should celebrate Chamorro month more than a month each year because it is our culture. We need to bring our culture back. There are different activities to do. Lat year, you could weave,learn how to built a hut and learn about the chiefs.

The Island of Tinkaville

If Jezebel was a ruler of a place, she would be queen of Tinkaville. This land is a huge island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean the island would be even bigger than Guam. There would be no more than 1,000 people living there. Since Jezebel is the queen, the island‘s government would be a monarchy with all of the residents being her loyal subjects. People would build nice concrete and wooden homes with lots of trees and flowers. There wouldn’t be pollution because there would be less cars on the roads, and less people to create trash and waste.

The people of Tinkaville would live happy, but simple, lives. They would follow the 10 commandments from the bible, plus any other laws that Jezebel feels will make everyone live happier lives.There would be one daycare center, one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school. Once the children graduate, Jezebel‘s loyal subjects go off-island for college, but come back to Tinkaville to work. There would also be one police sheriff, one fire department, one post office, one garbage collector, and one hospital. The residents then work to run restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, and other stores where people can buy their essentials. Everything else that needs to be done with the island gets done by Jezebel‘s royal court.

TIANNATOPIA

Tiannatopia

     In Tiannatopia, Tianna is the queen. She treats the people of her country nicely. She is giving. Her laws are:

1. You can’t kill.

2. If you kill,then you will be treated bad.

3. You cannot have more than three babies.

4. Must eat regularly.

6. Spend time with family on weekends….
 

These laws are taken seriously at Tiannatopia.  The queen is not fond of people who go against these rules. She will throw out people in her country that start riots. She has guards on every street to watch how people act. If the guard sees people that throw trash on the ground,he will go up to that guy and say,”Go back there and pick up your trash,or I will have you deported from Tiannatopia!”

     Stores at Tiannatopia are  clothes stores, brand stores, and shoe stores. The schools have easy work. The children have easier work than a regular school, middle school, and high school. It might be easier for the children if they can actually get the work done. The mandatory uniform is: For the girls– skorts with polo shirts,long socks, and baby doll shoes. For the boys– shirts that good boys where, shorts and DC’s. The college has more work. It is still easier. The food at Tiannatopia has to be Tianna’s favorite food. Tianna’s favorite food is seafood. So, there are usually shrimp, lobster, crab, and fish. The houses at Tiannatopia are wonderfully spotless. The houses have to be either blue or green. The lawns are light green. The babies have cute baby clothes. The baby clothes are green or blue. They have designs on it such as ducks,bears, or puppies. The cars are the same. They are just washed.

My Weekly Routines

At home, I would get ready for school. I eat breakfast, and i watch TV while I am eating. I do all of this before i go to school. I walk home from school. When I get home, I feed the dogs. On Thursdays, I get ready for judo. When I come back from practice, I shower and I eat. Then I sleep at 9/10:00 pm. I would change my chores. I don’t want any chores.

At school, I talk to my friends in the morning. I go to lunch on a bench in front of room 8. I eat my snack. I talk to my friends even more. I mostly talk to my friends in 6th period. I go to my 7th and 8th period and then I go home after school. I would change where I eat my lunch. I would rather eat on the bench in front of room 9.
